Chocolate Brownies
So The Hubby chose to have chocolate brownies over the rest of the recipes in Donna Hay’s Modern Classics Book 2, which can be found in Kinokuniya. The recipe can be found on page 18 of the book, if you are interested.
The brownie turned out tasting very nice indeed, although The Hubby complained that it’s a little too crumbly for his liking. I suspect I should allow the brownie to cool down a little more before serving.
Now I have a problem I need to solve… should I leave the rest of the 8-inch brownie at home, or should I bring it to work tomorrow? The brownie is quite rich, hence it’s rather difficult to eat it on its own without any ice-cream. I wonder how my colleagues will take to it.
*** Oh well, The Hubby solved the dilemma on my behalf. He insists that he can finish the whole brownie all by himself tomorrow. OK then…

Hi Evan,
Yeah! The lemon souffle looks good. But I need to get down to Sia Huat and get some nice ramekins first.
Ya, I thought Modern Classic 1 didn\’t look too interesting. I haven\’t received my mags yet. I pay AUD$15.95 for international delivery. Interested as well? hehe…
According to the website, I need to allow 6 weeks for back issues. And for international shipping, allow up to 10-12 weeks for first time delivery. Only about 6 weeks have passed since.
