Evan, I knew Lay Lian through my blog. :lol: It's strange how blogs can help us make some new friends isn't it?  I've looked through the recipe, it's troublesome to make it because there are so many layers and so much work to do it.  Heh... I'm pretty lazy.  Think the lady sells them so expensive because she's the one who came up with this idea.
