Kueh Lapis I

This is how my kueh lapis turned out after trying out the recipe from Valerie’s workshop last night. I thought it doesn’t look too bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. For one, I need to make each layer thinner so that there are more layers.
Oh well, I have to give myself some leeway. Afterall, it takes time to know how my oven behaves.
I will be trying it again soon. Either with the same recipe or the recipe I used last year.
I just realised I have miss Valerie’s class on Kueh Lapis, I’m not sure if you could share with me (via email) her recipe so I could also try? If it’s inconvenient, it’s alright
