Chocolate Maniac!

The hubby is in love with the chocolate cupcakes which I made for him slighty more than a week ago (and I really have Joycelyn Shu’s recipe to thank for). So, when I asked him if he wanted a chocolate cake or chocolate cupcakes for his birthday, he wasted no breath (or time, for that matter) by telling me he wanted the same cupcakes as what I did before.
I made 3 frostings of chocolate cupcakes for the chocolate maniac. The cupcake in the foreground is simply with chocolate buttercream frosting; the one in the centre is frosted with nutella (his all-time favourite!); and the cupcake in the background is filled with nutella followed by chocolate buttercream frosting.
I made the birthday boy really happy today!
